Commission Process

1. Submit your Commission Request in the form below.

Melody will create based on her unique aesthetic & artistic process, in conjunction with your desires for color etc.

You will be contacted via email regarding price, timeline, and composition within 2-4 business days.

*To make your color choices clear in explanation, I highly recommend using the Pantone Color Finder to find that shade of "pink" you're dreaming of!

*Melody does not paint replicas.

2. Receive Contract & Invoice for Deposit (%50) via email.

Once you have paid your deposit you will be added to the calendar and given an estimated completion date.

3. Creating begins!

Melody will create a small scale mock-up based off of the colors and composition requested. Which will be sent to you for approval via email.

From the mock-up you are able to request colors removed or added.

4.Final Piece.

Once the mock up is approved Melody will begin creating your one of a kind piece!

You will be sent a photo of your final painting and will be given one last opportunity to give any feedback before final payment.

5. Payment

We will email you the final invoice where the remaining 50% deposit will be due after approval, and before delivery.

Delivery costs will be added to final Payment.

6. Delivery

Delivery dates will depend on dry time. Dry time will be estimated upon completion of your piece.

If you live locally (Lexington, KY) Melody is happy to coordinate a local Pick Up with you.

If you live some-what locally -- a drive to Pick Up may be preferred for you as shipping can get quite pricey on larger paintings!

This can all be decided upon the completion of your painting.
